With 10+ years of experience in prevention, education, and community-based wellness, Heidi has been recognized locally and nationally as a leader in the prevention field.
She was the Municipal Coordinator for the town of South Kingstown, RI, where she gained national recognition educating the community on the vaping epidemic.
At C3 Wellbeing, she drives prevention strategy, oversees evidence-based community programs, and leads statewide initiatives focused on reducing behavioral health risks. Her work places a strong emphasis on equity, access, and empowering youth and families—and is grounded in evidence-informed practices, community partnership, and inclusive prevention design.
Heidi holds a Master’s degree in education from the University of Rhode Island and is known for her high-impact leadership, technical expertise, and ability to build strong coalitions.
Outside of work, she enjoys knitting and playing with her dog.
