Like all EAPs, our confidential, HIPAA-compliant services are offered freely through the benefits your organization sponsors. Unlike other EAPs, our clinical consultants provide truly customized, comprehensive support and follow-up.

Programs and Services
Immediate Support
We’re available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year to provide confidential support.
Onsite Crisis Response
In the case of a traumatic event, we provide onsite critical incident debriefings, locally and nationwide.
Mental Health Assessments
Our clinical consultants will conduct a thorough assessment to identify underlying concerns and determine the course of action that best supports an employee’s individual needs.
Third-Party Referrals
If an issue requires more than short-term support, our clinical consultants will refer employees to a licensed in-network treatment provider who can meet their needs.
Guided Support
If an issue only requires short-term support, our clinical consultants will provide up to six 30-minute phone sessions per issue, per year, for employees and their families—regardless of where they live.
Leadership Consultations
We offer unlimited consultation for Human Resources, managers, and supervisors to help address job performance concerns, identify employees in need, and manage conflict.
Group Trainings
Choose from a variety of onsite and virtual training options to build, enrich and engage your team. Common topics include stress management, resilience, burnout prevention, work-life balance, and professional development skills.
In addition, private 30-minute wellness classes—including chair yoga and meditation—are available to help you prevent burnout.

Specialized Individual Trainings
Our specialized one-on-one trainings are tailored to employee needs and cover a range of topics, including sexual and discriminatory harassment, respect and civility in the workplace, communication, conflict management, professionalism, time management, managing emotions at work, and boundaries.
Each module is delivered by our clinical consultants and designed to support compliance and employer policies around workplace behavior and EEOC requirements.
Wellness Classes
Our complimentary, monthly classes cover a broad range of topics (including meditation, chair yoga, and journaling) and equip employees with the tools they need to reduce stress.

Substance Abuse Professional Services
C3 Wellbeing provides SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) services nationwide to organizations required to comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) drug and alcohol testing program components.
Our SAPs will recommend appropriate follow-up testing, treatment, and education based on an employee’s needs.

What’s an EAP?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a specialized benefit offered by employers to support employees and their family members in overcoming work-life challenges.
C3 Wellbeing resolves issues impacting your career, wellbeing, and/or mental/emotional health through consultation, assessment, and referral services.
Who can utilize our EAP services?
If your employer is a contracted client of C3 Wellbeing, you and your family members are eligible for service. Please note that we’ll serve family members anywhere in the United States, regardless of whether or not they live in your household or are on your insurance plan.
How do I access EAP services through C3 Wellbeing?

What should I expect when I call?
When you call, a C3 representative will ask you for your name and your company’s name. They will then connect you with one of our clinical consultants for assessment and consultation.
How much do services cost?
EAP services are already paid for by your employer, meaning no cost for you. However, costs still apply for external services referred to by a clinical consultant.
Do I need to enroll in the program?
Your employer has already taken the steps required for your enrollment.
Will my company know if I contact C3 Wellbeing?
C3 Wellbeing is a confidential service, and will not share any of your information unless you’ve signed a release.
We maintain strict adherence to state and federal laws governing the confidentiality of medical records and communication of personal health information, including HIPAA.
Electronic communications include encrypted email, texting, and chat compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
What if English is not my primary language?
Our behavioral health translators can assist with over 200 languages and dialects.
