Colleen has 25+ years of experience in counseling, student assistance, and employee assistance.

She has worked extensively with middle and high schools across Rhode Island and spent 15 years at North Providence High School, where she worked closely with school teams to provide critical prevention and early-intervention support.

Colleen spent 12 years as an Employee Assistance Consultant, delivering supervisory training, account management, and critical incident stress debriefing services nationwide. She has also facilitated psychoeducational and family support groups in both batterer intervention and substance use treatment settings.

A past President of the Rhode Island Mental Health Counselors Association, she is dedicated to integrating substance misuse awareness into all prevention and treatment efforts.

At C3 Wellbeing, Colleen leads student assistance strategy, provides clinical supervision, and oversees project management. Her work is grounded in compassionate care, trauma-informed practices, and collaborative leadership.

Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut and maintains a private counseling practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, biking, and cooking with her family.
