Kent & South County Coalitions
C3 Wellbeing supports a network of community coalitions focused on preventing substance misuse and promoting healthier, safer communities.
A coalition is a group of individuals and organizations working together toward a shared goal. In prevention work, this includes community members, schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, youth, and families, all collaborating to reduce substance misuse and strengthen community wellbeing.
We work closely with partners across Kent County and South County, bringing together local voices and resources to create meaningful, lasting impact.
Through education, collaboration, and evidence-based strategies, our coalitions support individuals of all ages—from young children to older adults—by strengthening skills, building awareness, and fostering connection.
